Are you a creative, fast, performance-driven video editor who knows how to turn raw UGC footage into scroll-stopping Facebook & Instagram ads? Do you understand hooks, pacing, visual storytelling, direct-response psychology, and how to build ads that actually convert — not just look good? If yes… You may be EXACTLY who we’re searching for. We are a fast-growing Australian e-commerce brand producing UGC-driven performance ads at scale. We already have 3 editors on our team — now we’re hiring ONE more high-level creative editor who can elevate the entire team’s quality. This is a long-term, full-time (30–40 hrs/week) position.
