Key Responsibilities Customer Onboarding & Sale Conversions: Assist new clients with setting up and using our AP automation software, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent customer experience. Software Testing & Feedback: Evaluate our platform against leading accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) to ensure it meets the practical needs of bookkeepers and accountants. Provide feedback and identify areas for improvement. Lead generation: get new sales leads Support the sales team by identifying and qualifying new opportunities, helping us expand our reach in the accounting and bookkeeping market.
