Your next career opportunity As Executive Support Officer at the Melbourne School of Population and Global Health, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the School Executive office. You will provide high-quality executive assistant support to the Head of School and School Manager, coordinating governance activities and priority projects. Your proactive approach and exceptional organisational skills will enable you to build positive relationships, contributing to a culture of excellence and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include Providing High-Quality Executive Support: Manage complex diaries, correspondence, and approvals, and support HR processes and travel arrangements. Ensuring Efficient Administrative Operations: Coordianate day-to-day activities, act as primary contact for the School, and maintain effective filing and database systems. Coordinating School Events and Communications: Plan and deliver events, prepare newsletters, and manage communications with staff and students. Building Strong Relationships: Foster connections with academic and professional staff, contributing to process improvements and collaborative initiatives. You may be a great fit if You have a degree or extensive experience in executive assistant roles, bringing exceptional organisational and communication skills, along with a proactive and collaborative approach to support administrative operations. You may also: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with sound judgement. Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Be adept at building positive relationships and thriving in dynamic environments.
