About
At ING Australia, we're committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity and innovation, where you’ll have the support and resources you need to thrive. Join us and take the first step toward building a career as exceptional as you are. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CFO and Treasurer. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of the Finance and Treasury functions—managing complex calendars, coordinating international travel, preparing high-quality presentations, and ensuring smooth governance through effective meeting planning and documentation. You’ll also play a key role in nurturing team culture, supporting leadership communications, and collaborating with both local and global stakeholders. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing competing priorities, and brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to everything they do. What you’ll do Manage busy calendars and inboxes to ensure the CFO and Treasurer are well-prepared, organised, and focused on key priorities. Coordinate meetings and governance processes, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-ups for leadership meetings and town halls. Create high-quality presentations and reports with strong attention to detail and a professional finish. Organise international and domestic travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics for visiting global executives. Support the Finance Leadership Team by helping drive alignment, communication, and operational efficiency across the business unit. Plan and deliver team events and cultural initiatives that reflect ING’s values and contribute to a positive, engaged workplace. What we’re looking for Extensive experience (10+ years) as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leaders, ideally within banking or financial services. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and discreet approach to handling confidential matters. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools like Teams. Proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organisation, both locally and globally. A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused mindset, with a genuine interest in supporting leadership and contributing to a positive team culture. What’s in it for you?
