Looking for your next big move? We’re on the lookout for an experienced Executive Assistant to support two of our senior leaders in the People & Innovation team at Team Global Express (TGE). This 12-month role is covering a parental leave period and offers a chance to step into a fast-paced, highly visible position where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in helping our leaders stay organised, prepared, and focused — while keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes. What you’ll be doing This is a busy, varied EA role that supports two executives. You’ll need to be switched on, proactive, and comfortable juggling priorities — all while keeping things running smoothly. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and tracking follow-ups Drafting and editing documents, presentations, and communications Handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Looking for ways to improve processes and support executive productivity What we’re looking for You’re someone who thrives in a support role and takes pride in staying one step ahead. You’re organised, confident, and comfortable communicating with senior leaders — but also happy to roll up your sleeves and get things done. We’re looking for: Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or high-level admin role Strong organisational and communication skills A proactive mindset and calm approach under pressure Confidence using Microsoft Office and other admin tools Discretion and sound judgment when dealing with confidential matters Why you’ll love working with us At TGE, we value our people.
