- We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a highly successful Managing Director. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will directly contribute to the success, service delivery and profitability of one of our most high-performing teams on a national scale.

- Your Role
As an Executive Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to
- Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Managing Director.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, meetings and events.
- Prepare professional documentation including correspondence, presentations and reports.
- Manage diaries, intercept calls, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with financial processes including billing, expense claims and reconciliation.

- Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar Senior PA or EA role.
- Experience working in the Real Estate or Property industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing priorities.
