On behalf of our valued clients, Randstad is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership teams across the not-for-profit and education sectors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about making a tangible impact within a mission-driven organisation. You'll be the right-hand person to a senior executive, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their office and the organisation as a whole.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Administrative Backbone: Manage complex diaries, coordinate travel, and handle all correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
Project & Event Support: Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials. You'll also help with the coordination of key projects and events.
Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanour.
Board & Governance: You'll be instrumental in preparing board packs, attending meetings, and taking accurate minutes. Candidates with prior governance experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
