We are hiring an Event Operations Coordinator – United Cup Sydney to join our Operations team. This is a full-time fixed-term contract from October 2025 to February 2026. As this is a seasonal role, we require full availability and flexibility across the summer months, November – February. If you're ready to help us serve up real impact, we’d love to hear from you. About the role In this role you will be responsible for: Supporting the Event Operations Lead and Operations team across all operational requirements Coordinating temporary infrastructure and site overlay Assisting with major event services, safety, risk management, and emergency services Supporting tournament operations and player requirements Enhancing player and patron experience Liaising with suppliers, contractors, government and transport authorities, and emergency services to deliver operational excellence About you To be successful in this role you will: Demonstrated experience in event operations and delivery within large-scale sporting or entertainment events Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with government agencies, contractors, and suppliers A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to remain calm under pressure Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to event delivery at Tennis Australia What’s to love?
