We are seeking an "Argus Estate Master" specialist with proven, hands-on experience using the Development Management module for property feasibility and reporting. THIS IS MANDATORY - please do not reply if you don't have this. Our objective is to set up a reporting framework comparing budget vs forecast for a live development project. The actuals will be pulled directly from MYOB accounting software each month, so integration and chart of accounts alignment is essential. Scope of Work: - Configure Estate Master reporting to show progress since inception (budget vs forecast). - Set up automated monthly data feed from MYOB into Estate Master. - Align chart of accounts between MYOB and Estate Master. - Test outputs for accuracy and provide documentation + handover session. Requirements: - Significant, demonstrable experience with Estate Master Development Management (not just feasibility). - Prior projects integrating Estate Master with MYOB or similar accounting systems. - Ability to complete the work within 7 days of engagement. - Must provide references or case studies of prior Estate Master work. - Applications without this experience will not be considered. Deliverables: - Working reporting system within Estate Master. - Written documentation of integration setup and reporting process. - Virtual handover session with our team. Budget: Negotiable, based on proven capability and speed of delivery.
