Tyro is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through the sale of our new Omnichannel payments product to Enterprise customers. In this role, you will develop strong long-term relationships with the executives at our prospective customers. By educating them on the benefits of Tyro’s omnichannel proposition you will ensure that Tyro is best positioned to win their payments business. The relationships that you build across the executive team will ensure that enterprise prospects look at Tyro’s proposition not just from a financial perspective but also are excited about the unique dimensions that Tyro can bring to their retail shopping experience, their customer loyalty program and their longer term customer relationships. What You'll Do: New Account Acquisition Identify, prospect, and develop 6 new enterprise opportunities in the $100M+ revenue segment per financial year Build and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target accounts and verticals Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact through contract execution Achieve annual new account acquisition targets and revenue goals Solution Selling Consultatively sell integrated in-store and e-commerce payment solutions (Omnichannel payments) Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the roadmap is aligned with the needs of target Enterprise customers Navigate complex procurement processes and contract negotiations Market Development Build market presence through industry events, conferences, and networking Develop relationships with key industry influencers and decision makers Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to internal teams Represent company as thought leader in enterprise customer needs What You'll Bring: Extensive experience managing complex RFP processes with large enterprise customers, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, driving timely responses, and securing successful outcomes 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or financial services Proven track record of selling to Fortune 500 or equivalent large enterprise clients Strong understanding of enterprise payment processing, merchant services, and related technologies Demonstrated ability to manage complex, long sales cycles (6-18 months) Experience with enterprise sales methodology frameworks What’s in it for you?
