With rapid growth across product verticals, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional teams and scale our platforms from startup to global standard.

The Role
As Engineering Manager, you’ll lead technical strategy, engineering execution, and team development across multiple product lines. You’ll be instrumental in building secure, scalable, and integrated systems that connect our fintech, commerce, and media platforms.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor engineers across full-stack, DevOps, and QA functions

Guide architecture decisions and tech stack evolution across Zinga, Alby, and Goldroom

Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver roadmap objectives

Oversee code quality, sprint planning, documentation, deployment, and team velocity

Manage system integrations, APIs, and third-party service alignments

Ensure platform performance, security compliance, and long-term maintainability

Recruit and onboard engineers, build culture, and drive engineering excellence

You Bring
5+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in a technical leadership/management role

Expertise in modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Django, Laravel, or equivalent)

Proven experience with microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems

Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Docker, CI/CD workflows, and Git-based environments

Understanding of authentication, data security, and cloud infrastructure

Experience with fintech, e-commerce, or media platforms is a strong advantage

Excellent communication and people management skills
