About the Role Guide and mentor a dynamic team of software, data, and test engineers within an agile, collaborative environment (10-15 direct reports). Take ownership of key system components, leading the Design and Delivery of robust, high-quality solutions. Strategically oversee resource allocation, ensuring the team achieves both business targets and professional growth. Hands-on: write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that supports continuous integration and deployment, adhering to industry best practices. Translate solution designs into high-performing application code, optimised for scalability and reliability across platforms and devices. Manage and optimise Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, driving automation for seamless deployments. Take responsibility for incident management within the team, ensuring consistent and timely resolution of system issues. Work closely with cross-functional agile teams to foster an engineering culture focused on rapid and iterative delivery of customer value.
