A structural, engineering design for a non-load bearing timber infill frame to support brickwork veneer ties and head restraint for an Industrial Class 7b Industrial Warehouse, Type C construction being built in Lonsdale, South Australia. Needs to comply with AS1684, AS2699 & AS3700. Veneer ties to be medium duty classification N3, durability exposure classification R3. Deliverables to include details of any connections required to support external facade of non-load bearing brickwork for 3 sizes (west elevation 9.0metres long x 2.4metres high, north elevation ~6 locations 1.3-1.5m long x 1.8m high and 0.8metres long x 1.8m high). Minimum 3 drawings in CAD (.dwg) and PDF format including 1:10 detail for head restraint, 1:20 section through 2.6-2.8m above finished floor level, 1:50 (or suitable size) elevation/s showing brick tie spacings.
