About the opportunity: At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you’ll help create cherished moments and better health outcomes for residents each day. Support person-centred care by respecting individual preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds. Follow organisational policies and procedures that align with quality standards. Participate in continuous improvement activities and audits. Report risks, incidents, and contribute to a safe care environment. Collaborate with RNs, GPs, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic care. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Administer medications safely and accurately. Conduct clinical assessments and escalate concerns appropriately. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation. Support residents with nutrition and hydration needs. Support residents’ rights to privacy, dignity, and independence. What you’ll bring: You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care. Current EEN registration with AHPRA Experience in aged care preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
