KEY ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience in employment services or community services.
2. Excellent engagement and relationship building skills and experience.
3. Ability to create and implement individualised strategies and plans to support participants to prepare for and gain employment.
4. Ability to adhere to contract guidelines and experience achieving set KPIs.
5. Well-developed analysis and report writing skills.
6. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), including the ability to process information on computers and online platforms.
7. Strong track record of attendance.
MANDATORY EMPLOYMENT CLEARANCES
1. National Police Clearance
2. Working with Children Check
3. Manual Drivers Licence

MANDATORY TRAINING
1. All ENAC staff are required to undertake mandatory training in line with our commitment to being a child safe organization.
2. Complete 2 Habitat modules. Ongoing employment is subject to successful completion of these modules by the agreed deadline.
