About the Role
Randstad are currently recruiting experienced Emergency and Asset Administrators for a dynamic and supportive government team. Assignments being 3-6 months with a high view for extension.The location of work is Adelaide Western suburbs, days of work Monday-Friday. Pay rate for this role is $49-$53 per hour. These roles serve as the first point of contact for departmental emergencies while ensuring the behind-the-scenes financial and administrative engines of the unit run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
...- Incident Response & Triage: Act as the primary contact for emergencies, security breaches, and access issues.
- Financial Administration: Effectively monitor budgets, track project expenditure, and manage the end-to-end payment process for contractors
- Data & Reporting: Research and synthesize complex data
- System & Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies to implement better ways of delivering security services.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Work collaboratively with external agencies
- Self-Insurance Management: Administer the budget and rectification processes for arson and vandalism claims
Demonstrated Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role:
- Proven experience in triaging high-volume security/criminal enquiries and determining appropriate response actions.
- Strong experience in budget tracking, processing contractor invoices and financial reporting.
- The ability to identify trends from raw data and prepare high-level documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- A track record of working independently under limited direction
- Proficiency in record-keeping and electronic security systems

Highly Desirable System Experience:
- Basware
- Objective
- EMS-Expense Manager System
To be successful you will be immediately available and meet the above criteria. Previous experience within government will be highly regarded.
