Hiring: Cold Email Marketing VA 🚀 I run a recruitment business (from Sydney) that relies heavily on outbound GTM campaigns, and I’m looking fora Virtual Assistant to help scale cold email marketing and lead generation. This is a remote role for proactive, detail-oriented people who know how to make campaigns perform. 🌟 What you’ll do: • Build Targeted Lists → Find and vet high-quality leads using Clay.ai (preferred if you already have your own account) and Apollo.io • Run Campaigns at Scale → Write, set up, and manage Instantly campaigns across 5+ inboxes • Optimize Performance → Track deliverability, reply rates, and conversions, and suggest tweaks to copy/sequences • Support GTM Projects → Help with market research, enrichment, and strategic outreach tasks You’ll need: • Proven experience with cold email and lead generation ✅ • Proficiency with outreach tools (Clay.ai, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist etc.) 🛠️ • Strong writing skills—you can draft emails that get replies ✍️ • The ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks 🏃‍♂️ • Bonus if you’ve done this for other recruitment agencies.
