We’re a lifecycle marketing agency looking for an experienced Email Designer who specialises in Figma to help us create high-performing, on-brand Klaviyo campaigns and flows for our clients. Our work is all about design that drives results – every email should look beautiful, feel seamless, and ultimately encourage action. We’re not just after pretty templates, but designs that balance creativity with conversion. What you’ll be doing: - Designing polished, email templates in Figma at 600 pixels wide - Translating strategy and copy into clean, engaging layouts - Creating component libraries and reusable design systems for efficiency - Collaborating with our copywriters and lifecycle strategists to align design with customer journeys - Preparing files for seamless export and implementation in Klaviyo What we’re looking for: - Proven experience designing emails in Figma (portfolio required) - Strong understanding of email design best practices (hierarchy, CTAs, readability, accessibility) - Ability to work quickly and adapt designs based on feedback - Experience working with eCommerce or high-growth brands is a big plus Nice to have (not essential): - Familiarity with Klaviyo or other ESPs - Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email (not required but helpful) Why work with us: - Work with a creative, collaborative team that values your design input - Exciting clients across eCommerce and high-ticket brands - Ongoing opportunities for the right person To apply: Please share: - Your portfolio (emails designed in Figma are a must) - A short note about your experience with email design - Your hourly rate We’re ready to get started as soon as we find the right fit.
