Description: We’re looking for an experienced email deliverability expert with deep knowledge of SendGrid API and GoHighLevel (GHL) to help us resolve ongoing email delivery problems. Our emails are currently landing in spam folders for Outlook, Hotmail, and Yahoo users, despite having verified sender domains, strong engagement on Gmail, and a dedicated IP pool that’s already fully warmed up in SendGrid. We need a specialist to audit, fix, and optimize our configuration to ensure consistent inbox placement across all providers. Scope of Work: Audit our SendGrid setup and verify all authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Confirm proper domain alignment and sender reputation. Review GoHighLevel integration to ensure correct API usage and alignment with SendGrid. Diagnose and resolve Microsoft (Outlook/Hotmail) and Yahoo-specific deliverability issues. Set up and confirm SNDS/JMRP access for Microsoft deliverability monitoring. Provide a detailed deliverability report with findings, fixes, and best-practice recommendations. Requirements: Proven experience with SendGrid API configuration and troubleshooting. Deep understanding of email authentication and DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Familiarity with GoHighLevel’s email infrastructure and sending setup. Demonstrated success resolving Outlook/Hotmail/Yahoo spam placement issues. Knowledge of domain reputation management, SNDS/JMRP, and deliverability testing tools. Deliverables: Comprehensive SendGrid + DNS audit and fixes. Verified SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration. SNDS/JMRP setup and confirmation. GoHighLevel integration validated and aligned with SendGrid settings. Final deliverability report with clear improvement plan.
