We recently purchased a pest-control & epoxy business and have acquired several years’ worth of emails (Gmail/Outlook/EML/PST exports). We need an experienced email-parsing / data-extraction specialist who can extract structured data from emails and attachments and deliver clean, import-ready files for our admin team. Scope (what we want): • Extract data from all provided emails and attachments (invoices, quotes, contact forms, PDFs, images). • Produce a cleaned master spreadsheet (Google Sheets + downloadable CSV) with one row per client interaction/email and separate tables for clients, invoices/quotes, and attachments. • Deduplicate contacts and normalize names/phone numbers/addresses. • Flag high-priority items (unpaid invoices, pending quotes, legal/documents, bank details). • Deliver a short summary report of what was found (counts by type, top clients, outstanding amounts). • Provide basic import mapping/instructions for our admin team (how to import to CRM/contacts/Xero).
