As a Crane Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and servicing a range of fixed cranes, ensuring seamless operations for our valued clients.

Essential Requirements:
- Trade qualification as an Electrician with a minimum of 2 years post-trade experience
- Current open C class driver's license
- Reliability, punctuality, and a customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivation and the ability to work as part of a team
Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise:
- Examining blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications to determine sequences and methods of operation
- Measuring and laying out installation reference points
- Selecting, cutting, and connecting wire and cable to terminals and connectors
- Using electrical and electronic test instruments to trace and diagnose faults
- Repairing and replacing faulty wiring and defective parts
- Connecting electrical systems to power supply
- Testing the continuity of circuits to ensure electrical safety and functionality
- Installing, testing, and adjusting electric and mechanical parts
Crane-Specific Skills:
- Servicing, repair, and maintenance of cranes and hoists, including breakdowns, call-outs, and fault-finding
- Disassembly of crane components for cleaning, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair
- Installation, fitting, and testing of new components and parts
Desirable Qualifications:
- EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket
- Gantry crane ticket
- Forklift ticket
