Are you a precision-driven electrician focused on safety, efficiency, and scale?

In this role, you will work across production machinery, control panels, and automation systems in Wetherill Park. Your primary duties will include:

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Performing preventative maintenance and resolving electrical breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

• Technical Support: Installing and troubleshooting industrial systems, including motors, control panels, and PLCs.

• Collaboration: Working closely with mechanical maintenance fitters and production supervisors to identify improvements and solve complex problems.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all work meets Australian electrical codes, standards, and WHS regulations.

• Testing: Conducting routine safety inspections, lead tagging, and calibration testing.

• Design & Development: Assisting the engineering team in modifying equipment and improving factory systems to meet future capacity demands.

• You’ll never work in a silo; you will be part of a high-functioning, multi-disciplinary crew. Our site is supported by:

• Day Shift: A collaborative powerhouse consisting of 1 Mechanical Engineer , 2 Fitters , and 1 Electrician.

• Afternoon Shift: Focused operational support with 1 Fitter and 1 Electrician.
