About the role
As the electrical fitter, you will be involved with the servicing, troubleshooting and rebuilding of electrical systems and controllers for drives and water-related pumping and irrigation systems such as centre pivots. You will also liaise with customers to understand their individual issues, provide potential service costs and submit general reports on work completed.

Duties
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues for drives, electrical and solar controllers
Review and interpret design and installation circuits
Prepare and install new electrical circuits to relevant industry standards
Prepare service and rectification reports
Assemble and test electrical systems both in the workshop and on site
Be instrumental with onsite project installation and commissioning

Skills
Have local state Electrical licence or be able to obtain for QLD
Have a trade background across the electrical industrial sector
Be able to read and interpret electrical designs and existing operational systems
Have a sound verbal and written communication skills
Be able to travel when required for projects
Be able to work autonomously
