We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and managing solar power systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards while supporting our mission of delivering innovative and sustainable energy solutions.

Location: Beenleigh, QLD

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and design tailored solar energy systems, including panels, inverters, and related electrical infrastructure, to suit a range of residential and commercial properties.
• Analyse technical specifications and interpret drawings, regulations, and standards relevant to solar and electrical equipment.
• Determine the appropriate configuration of circuits, switchgear, transformers, and cabling required for safe and efficient solar installations.
• Plan and oversee the procurement and allocation of electrical components, ensuring cost-effective and timely availability of equipment.
• Establish and monitor schedules for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of solar systems and electrical equipment.
• Supervise installation teams during project delivery, providing guidance on system layout, electrical safety, and technical troubleshooting.
• Conduct performance testing, inspections, and regular maintenance of installed systems to ensure optimal operation and long-term reliability.
• Manage resources and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Contribute to research and continuous improvement initiatives in areas such as energy storage integration, power generation, and advanced solar technologies.
• Prepare technical reports, system documentation, and compliance records to meet client and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding energy solutions, system upgrades, and best practices in renewable power utilisation.

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + superannuation

Employment type: Full-time (38 hours per week)

Qualifications & Experience
• AQF Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in electrical or solar engineering.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Australian electrical standards and renewable energy systems.
