• Background in public policy, social research, program delivery, or related fields.
• Experience with data collection or large-scale survey programs.
• Experience working within executive governance frameworks, especially in the public sector.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex program delivery in government or data-related fields.
• Strong understanding of program delivery disciplines, techniques, and tools, such as risk management, governance, vendor coordination, and milestone tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex and risk-conscious delivery environments.
• Strategic thinking and sound judgement, particularly in managing delivery complexity and providing executive-level support.
• Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team.
