Maningrida College is seeking a dedicated and caring Educator to work within the Manayangkarrira Crèche.

The Educator supports the day-to-day operations of the crèche by providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children. This role works under the supervision of the Crèche Manager and contributes to a safe, inclusive, and culturally respectful early learning environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing daily care and supervision of children
- Supporting the planning and delivery of quality educational programs
- Encouraging children to participate in activities aligned with their interests and developmental milestones
- Assisting with daily cleaning of benches, equipment, and fixtures
- Following the ECA Code of Ethics and centre policies
- Participating in training and professional development
