What you will build (pilot scope) EdgeTag v1 (Cloudflare Workers) One-tag JS and Worker handlers to ingest pageviews and commerce events with P95 under 250 ms. Consent gating using IAB TCF or GPP and Google Consent Mode v2. Idempotent writes, replay protection, basic bot and abuse filters. Event pipeline (Queues to R2 to Parquet) Write compact Parquet files to R2 with partitioning and compaction. Loader to the warehouse (ClickHouse or BigQuery or Snowflake; we will pick together). Ad platform feedback Normalize UTMs and ad metadata: campaign, adset or ad group, creative IDs. Push enriched conversions to Meta CAPI and Google Enhanced Conversions with hashing, dedup keys, and lookback windows. Observability and ops Golden dashboards for latency, loss, backlog, and cost per 100k events. Alerts and DLQ replays. IaC with Terraform, CI or CD with Wrangler and GitHub Actions, canary deploys and rollbacks. Success equals ingest P95 under 250 ms, event loss under 0.1 percent, Meta and Google feedback live for 1–2 pilot stores, with weekly LTV cohorts. Nice to have (not required for pilot) Shopify or WooCommerce or Magento connector experience with webhooks and backfills. ClickHouse or BigQuery or Snowflake in production. Durable Objects, WebCrypto, edge auth. Privacy workflows: DSAR deletes, regional storage in US, UK, AU, CA. Must-have skills Strong TypeScript or Node on edge or serverless.
