Position overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to support the delivery of business critical projects through effective analysis, process improvement, and cross functional collaboration. This role is responsible for understanding business needs, translating requirements into actionable specifications, and ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organisational goals. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, supporting the full project lifecycle from discovery to implementation and user adoption.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Analyse existing workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Conduct stakeholder consultations, interviews, and workshops to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications, outlining requirements, use cases, and business logic for development teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related queries, providing clarity and guidance to delivery teams.
• Apply structured project management practices to plan and manage initiatives within defined scope and timelines.
• Design and deliver training materials to support end-users through system changes and improve overall usability.
• Recommend process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and functional performance.
• Execute test plans to ensure solution quality, functional accuracy, and user acceptance.
• Define system components, data flows, and interaction patterns to support secure, scalable architectural designs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate high-level architectural designs into practical, fit-for-purpose technology solutions.
• This position requires a relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lieu for qualification
