The role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-orientated E-commerce Project Manager to help us create high-converting eCommerce websites that engage customers and deliver growth for our clients. You will be the project leader and primary client contact in managing all phases of e-commerce projects. You will be joining a small, but passionate cross-functional team of UX/UI Designers, Strategists, Developers and Project Managers as a key part of our fast-growing Brisbane-based agency.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee end-to-end project activities within the e-commerce division.
Ensure project deliverables are achieved to required standards, within agreed timeframes and budgets.
Support the planning of project requirements, analysis, strategy, and delivery processes.
Plan, organise and schedule activities to meet project objectives.
Carry out project-related administrative tasks, including documentation and record management.
Monitor resourcing, scheduling, prioritisation and task coordination for project activities.
Track progress of work undertaken by team members and provide guidance to ensure timelines are met.
Prepare reports on project status, outcomes, and profitability as required.
Liaise with the Director and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving processes and efficiency.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
Requirements

Experience as a Project Manager and/or client facing role
Meticulous organisation and time management skills
Excellent communication and team management skills
Hands on experience with project management software (e.g. Jira, Harvest)
Familiarity with Shopify and HTML/CSS a big bonus!
