Kidz Retreat is a beautiful service with a supportive team. We are a privately owned Childcare Centre that due to increased enrolments we are looking for a Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our motivated and friendly team for a full time position. Kidz Retreat is focused on stimulating young minds, being part of our local community and creating a collaborative environment, in which each of our team members feel a true sense of belonging.

Qualifications & experience:
- Diploma qualifications ACECQA approved ECEC Diploma qualification
- ECT qualifications ACECQA approved
- A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Minimum age 19 year’s
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
- An understanding of the National Quality Standards
- An ability to plan and evaluate a play-based curriculum that supports children’s interests and needs
- A deep appreciation of the learning styles and social emotional needs of children at this particular stage of development.
- A collaborative team member

Tasks & responsibilities:
- You are an incredibly adept and capable Educator
- You’ve been doing this for years now and you’re ready to make an even bigger difference in the lives of the children under your care
- A passionate advocate for children, who believes in their rights and abilities
- You will play a crucial role in the development of the children, happy collaborating with both parents and colleagues to ensure the very best outcomes for each child
