What you’ll be doing:

Walking into your centre you’ll smile, as the early morning sun shines over our beautiful nature escape. When the door opens, you’ll smell the fresh home-style meals and feel the community spirit. Some of your little ones will eagerly greet you! Some might be a bit shy to start, while you develop programs that meets the needs and reflects the interest of these special individuals. You’ll promote ‘‘School ReadY’ to your team of educators, manage compliance, and truly engage with our wonderful children and families. At the end of your shift, you’ll walk out the door (still smiling) knowing the children are continuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit.

You’ll be great in this role if you…

Have a degree in Early Childhood Education, or an equivalent qualification
Are very passionate about early years education within an Early Learning Centre environment
Stand proud of your array of effective learning programs (ideally for 0 to 5 year olds) you’ve launched in your career.
Understand ‘National Education and Care Services Regulations 2012, NQF & EYLF
Are able to obtain a HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate, National Police Clearance and Working with Children check
