The Role:
As our Lead Educator (Room Leader), you will be the driving force behind the educational program in your room. This is your chance to shine as a leader and a mentor!

Lead with Purpose: Plan, implement, and evaluate a high-quality, play-based program in line with the EYLF and NQS .
Mentor Your Team: Provide guidance and support to your room's educators, fostering a collaborative and professional culture.
Build Relationships: Maintain strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider centre team.

About You:

Hold an ACECQA recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
Demonstrated experience as a Lead Educator/Room Leader.
Solid knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
A current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
A natural leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
