The SEN Family Trust/Discovery at Play Early Learning Centres Vasse/Dalyellup is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Educators & Group Leaders to join our team! In this exciting role, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic environment, supporting the development and well-being of children. This is Permanent Full-Time position.

Salary: $68,863.50 - $80,000,00 depending on experience

Educator - Qualified

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the children are always safe and actively supervised
- Support effective child interest-based activities for children such as reading and playing games
- Support inclusion
- Maintain a clean and engaging environment
- Managing children’s daily routines
- Developing respectful and positive relationships with children
- Developing and maintaining relationships with families
- Supporting children’s ability to develop cooperative behaviour

Skills and Experience:
- Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
-At least 1 year of experience
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Full working rights required

Educator - Group Leader

Responsibilities:
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- A deep understanding of early childhood development and best practice teaching methodologies

Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Previous 1 year experience in Leading a room in Early Learning setting (essential)
- Ability to work efficiently and
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
