About Us:
Dashing Ducks Pre-School is a family-owned childcare service dedicated to providing high-quality education and care for children aged 0–6 years. Our center is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), and we pride ourselves on creating a warm, safe, and inclusive environment where children and families feel at home. Dashing Ducks Pre-School is expanding and we are need of a Qualified and experienced Educator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and evaluate educational programs in line with EYLF and NQS.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, including health, safety, and child protection obligations.
- Support and mentor other educators to deliver quality practices.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for children’s learning and development.

Duties:
- Deliver high quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF, ensure compliance with NQF standards

Relevant qualification:
- Diploma Qualified Educator: Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Cert III Educator: Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current Working With Children Check (NSW).
- First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012).
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and child safe standards.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an early childhood setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Rate of Pay:
Pay Guide - Children's Services Award (MA000120)
Salary Guide Between
- Certificate III $57,000.00 to $64,000.00 per annum plus superannuation.
- Diploma $77,000.00 to $84,000.00 per annum plus superannuation
