NICHE BABY & TODDLER CENTRE

KiDZSPOT Dilga is a 27 place centre that only caters for babies and toddlers up to the age of 3. It is a niche service designed just for our youngest children so they receive the attention and care they need.

We’re looking for a Diploma qualified Educator to embrace the KiDZSPOT Way as we work together to build the path to a healthy, happy and successful life for our children.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’ve kept it simple; the role of a Diploma Level Educator means you’ll need to:

• Child safety: ensure child protection is your top priority all day, every day by following KiDZSPOT's child safe policies and procedures
• The program: develop, plan, implement and review the education & care program
• Follow the schedule: complete the daily tasks to the required standard
• Do your part: share the workload
• Communicate: share important information with your team members and families
• Look the part: keep your Centre and yourself presentable
• Show respect: treat each other and the children with empathy and respect
• Grow: stay informed, be curious and take every opportunity to do things better

ABOUT KiDZSPOT

KiDZSPOT operates three (3) different centres in Glendenning and Erskine Park. Our Centres have about 30 places each so we can offer our staff and families a much more personalised experience. Our people are at the core of what we do so we assure you that you will receive the attention and support you need to help make you the best Educator possible.

ABOUT YOU

Candidates who meet the following essential criteria will be considered:

• Holds a recognised Diploma qualification from an Australian institution
• Has centre-based experience in Australia
• Holds a current Working with Children Clearance check, National Police Check, CPR certificate and First Aid certificate (or is willing to attain one)
• Is able to work morning and afternoon shifts (operating hours are from 7am – 6pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
