- Exceptional Compensation: Earn a competitive salary of $90,000 - $115,000, plus a generous 12.5% annual bonus and superannuation.

What You’ll Bring
We are looking for a leader who is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment.
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or a higher, ACECQA-approved qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role within an early childhood setting.
- The ability to inspire and manage a team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on building positive relationships.
- A deep commitment to upholding the highest standards of child protection and safety.
Certificates
- Current Working With Children's Check (WWCC).
- Clear National and/or International Police Check (PC).
- CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis Certificates.
- Child Protection Training - Mandatory Reporting and Other Obligations Certificate.
