The Role:

As the Early Childhood Centre Manager of this 96 place early childhood service located in Horsham, Regional Victoria! You will be integral to the community, ensuring the seamless and efficient daily operation. Your experience will be highly valued in maintaining high standards and fostering a positive environment.

• Above award rates - $90,000 - $115,000 + 12.5% bonus + superannuation + exclusive benefits!
• Enjoy a $10,000 Sign on bonus + $5,000 relocation package!

• Permanent Full Time Role (Monday - Friday) Set shifts!

• Essential to build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, staff and the wider community of Horsham, Regional Victoria!
• Ensure the highest standards of child protection and child safety standards are met and exceeded.
• Centre Manager training program ensuring you are supported every step of the way.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in correspondence.

Certificates:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher ACECQA Approved qualification.
• Current Working With Children's Check (WWCC).
• Clear National and/or International Police Check (PC).
• CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis Certificates.
• Child Protection Training - Mandatory Reporting and Other Obligations Certificate.
