About the Role:
Our client, Berrigan Children's Centre, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher / Educators to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and community-focused centre that values quality education and care for every child.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, implement, and evaluate engaging educational programs
- Facilitate and support children’s learning and development
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and learning outcomes
- Provide pedagogical leadership and mentor fellow educators
- Maintain compliance with all relevant frameworks and regulations

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECT or Diploma level)
- Proven experience in a similar early childhood education environment
- A current First Aid Certificate
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and people management skills
- A sound understanding of professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality
