I’m seeking someone who can help refine and grow my brand’s digital presence across social media and our website. The focus is on creating an optimised customer journey that increases traffic, builds effective sales funnels, and ultimately boosts conversions and sales. Key Deliverables - Audit and optimise current social media accounts for growth, engagement, and alignment with brand voice - Improve website performance (Squarespace), ensuring smooth navigation and clear calls to action - Build sales funnels that guide customers from awareness → interest → purchase (e.g., lead magnets, email sequences, checkout flow) - Strategies and campaigns to increase website traffic (organic + paid) - Support in boosting sales through aligned marketing initiatives Skills Required - Social media strategy & optimisation (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) - Website optimisation (experience with Squarespace ideal) - Strong grasp of sales funnel design & email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar) - SEO & traffic-building strategies (organic + paid ads a bonus) - Strong copywriting skills, ideally with experience in wellness / lifestyle / beauty brands - Ability to analyse performance data and adjust strategy accordingly Communication & Ways of Working - Clear weekly check-ins to review progress and priorities - Transparent reporting on results and next steps (traffic, engagement, conversions) - Collaborative style: open to sharing ideas, but also able to take initiative and suggest improvements - Comfortable working remotely and independently with regular updates
