We’re looking for a Dropshipping Onboarding Specialist who not only understands how to get stores launched quickly but also has a deep knowledge of the e-commerce/dropshipping space. This role goes beyond just technical setup — you’ll be guiding new members, helping them understand the fundamentals of dropshipping, and supporting them in taking their first steps toward sales. You’ll also bring expertise in Facebook Ads and general e-commerce strategies, so you can confidently educate and answer questions inside our community. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Guide new members through the onboarding process, helping them set up their dropshipping stores and get comfortable with the tools. • Answer questions and provide clear step-by-step guidance on store setup, product selection, fulfillment, and scaling strategies. • Share insights and strategies around Facebook Ads, testing, and scaling, ensuring members know how to take action. • Host live onboarding calls and Q&A sessions inside our community to support members with dropshipping, ads, and store growth. • Stay updated on the latest dropshipping trends, ad strategies, and platform changes to provide the best support. ⸻ Requirements: • Strong understanding of dropshipping business models and the full setup process (store creation, product selection, suppliers, fulfillment). • Experience with Facebook Ads for e-commerce: testing, optimizing creatives, scaling winning products. • Ability to teach and explain concepts clearly to beginners. • Prior experience in coaching, consulting, or running community/onboarding sessions is a big plus. • Strong communication skills — patient, clear, and encouraging. ⸻ What We Offer: • A long-term role in a growing e-commerce education platform. • The chance to impact hundreds of aspiring entrepreneurs by guiding them through their first steps. • Steady work, consistent community engagement, and opportunities to grow into a larger leadership role. • A platform to showcase your expertise in dropshipping and ads while helping others succeed.
