The Role We’re looking for a growth consultant to fulfill this consultancy for agencies. You’ll attach directly to our client agencies as their growth partner, guiding them week to week through a structured program. Since we are a startup, we’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also willing to grow with the business — adaptable, entrepreneurial, and happy to be “along for the ride.” What Your Work Will Look Like • Attach to each agency: Understand their business inside-out. • Design a roadmap: Build a clear 90-day plan to double their revenue. • Run weekly strategy calls: Set weekly goals, review progress, and keep clients on track. • Hands-on consulting: Give practical, specific advice (offers, funnels, sales ops) so it feels like you’re working side by side with them. What We’re Looking For • Experience scaling agencies (SMMA, SEO, PPC, creative, dev, etc.). • Strong skills in offers, funnels, outbound, and sales ops. • Confident communicator — able to lead strategy calls with agency owners. • Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable designing processes, fulfilling client work, and supporting growth. • Bonus skills: outbound/email campaign setup, paid ad testing, copywriting, CRM management (HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel).
