About the Role You’ll be responsible for engaging with prospects through Instagram DMs to connect, qualify, and book them into our sales calendar. Engage inbound leads and start at least 40 new conversations each day. Qualify prospects and schedule them into our sales calendar. Follow up with prospects who haven’t booked yet. Keep the sales pipeline healthy with consistent communication. Provide weekly reports on activity and booked calls. You don’t need to know everything before applying — we’ll train you fully with our 2-week onboarding program and give you all the scripts, tools, and systems you need to succeed. About You You genuinely care about people and love helping others achieve transformation. You’re proactive — you take initiative and don’t wait to be told. You have great attention to detail and always follow through on what you say. You’re a team player who collaborates with marketing and sales. You show integrity in everything you do. You’re a great communicator with strong written English. You’re comfortable working remotely, from your laptop or phone, and available during Ireland/EU daytime hours. Experience in sales, prospecting, or coaching is strongly preferred. Compensation €500/month base pay. 5% commission on closed sales. Bonus structure: 10 sales/month = €100 bonus 20 sales/month = €250 bonus 30 sales/month = €500 bonus
