The Flexiforce team are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join a leading transportation service in the Southern Highlands as a Dispatcher.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone new to the workforce.

No prior experience in dispatch or transport coordination is required. We’ll provide all the training you need!

What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of company operations—answering calls, taking bookings, and entering details into the system to ensure drivers are dispatched efficiently across the Wingecarribee region and its surrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and take transport bookings in a professional, friendly manner
Enter booking details into our system accurately and promptly
Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely collections and drop-offs
Monitor schedules and support the smooth running of daily operations
Assist the operations team with general admin tasks

Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Good attention to detail and ability to stay organised
