Position Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Dispatch/Delivery Driver to support our team in fulfilling customer orders. This role involves picking and packing products, loading delivery vehicles, and completing local deliveries of Duck products using the company sprinter van.
• A key focus will be on efficient, courteous, and safe delivery services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• This is a Full time role, averaging 38 hours per week, however may have extra hours occasionally available.
• Times can be flexible for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload delivery vehicles manually
• Perform timely and professional local deliveries
• Handle customer collections and maintain positive interactions
• Check invoices and ensure delivery accuracy
• Ensure safe driving practices at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of delivery vehicle

Skills and Requirements

• Valid Australian driver’s licence (standard)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
• Basic numeracy and ability to check and reconcile invoices
