We work with a diverse range of clients across psychosocial, community, and daily living supports. We're seeking someone who will fit naturally within our positive, supportive staff culture.

We are currently hiring a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to assist a male client (60+) located in Tweed South.

About the Role

This position involves providing one-on-one support to a client who uses a wheelchair and requires assistance with:

  • Personal care
  • Manual handling and safe transfers
  • Daily living tasks
  • Transport to medical appointments
  • Community access and social engagement

Hours: Approximately 4–12 hours per week
Required availability: Monday & Tuesday
Additional options: Flexible shifts Wednesday–Sunday, arranged around your availability.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys consistent 1:1 support work, building rapport, and making a meaningful difference in a client's daily life.
Additional hours may become available with other clients as our team grows.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in disability support, aged care, psychosocial support or meaningful personal experience caring for a family member
  • Manual handling experience
  • Comfortable providing personal care
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
