The Role

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Disability Support Workers to join our Atherton team. This is a part-time position offering up to 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling available.

You’ll work closely with NDIS participants to support day-to-day routines, personal goals, and community engagement.

Typical duties include:

Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care

Supporting clients to participate in community activities

Providing in-home support and transport (where required)

Encouraging independence and capacity building

Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent

Current First Aid & CPR

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)

Working With Children Check (Blue Card) if required

Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance

Strong communication skills and a person-centred mindset

A commitment to participant safety, dignity, and confidentiality
