Voyager Care is a small, values-driven disability support company based in Perth. We pride ourselves on being inclusive, supportive, and fun while always maintaining professionalism and participant choice.

We are looking for a Casual Support Worker to join our team and provide 1:1 support for a participant based South of the River.

? About the Role
• Provide personalised 1:1 support tailored to the participant’s needs.
• Assist with daily living skills, community access, and social activities.
• Encourage independence while maintaining safety and respect.
• Work in a trauma-informed, participant-led way.
• Casual role with flexible hours (rostered as needed).

?? About You
• Female, aged 23–30 (in line with participant’s preference).
• Friendly, reliable, and supportive with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Able to build positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Confident, patient, and adaptable in different support situations.

? Requirements
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• WA Working With Children Check.
• Current driver’s licence + reliable, insured vehicle.
• Previous experience in disability support or community care is desirable, but not essential.
