We’re seeking passionate Support Workers who are interested in a rewarding career within the support service sector. Head office based in Kealba, this vital frontline role will entail supporting our clients, of all ages, in the western suburbs of Melbourne.

You will be part of a close-knit supportive team and with your initiative and commitment, you will help nurture an environment that encourages the development of daily living, social and recreational skills that maximise independence and assist our clientele to achieve their personal goals and assist to keep their health stable.

Essential:

- Ability to speak and write clear, fluent English is essential for this role

- Reliable vehicle

- Understanding of mental health and disability

- Ability to complete accurate times sheets and progress notes

- Willingness to travel and transport clients

- Willingness to participate in physical activities. Examples include: swimming, skating and outdoor play

- Available during weekdays including after school hours and weekends.

- Dependable and punctual

- Valid Drivers Licence

Qualification:

- Cert IV in Mental Health or

- Cert IV in Disability or

- Studying/Hold a relevant qualification

Have or be willing to obtain:

- Up-to-date First Aid CPR

- Comprehensive car insurance

- Current Police Check

- NDIS Screening Check

- Working with Children Check
