- Join us as Director of Oceania Professional Services and lead the evolution of our service delivery organization during an exciting period of transformation. Our customers increasingly value consultative partnerships and strategic guidance alongside technical excellence—and you'll spearhead this strategic shift.
- In this senior leadership role, you'll build upon our strong foundation while reimagining how we deliver value to healthcare organizations across Australia and New Zealand. - Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Drive measurable results across Customer Satisfaction, Delivery Quality, and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets while optimizing Professional Services profitability
- Transform service delivery by implementing metrics, tools, and processes that enhance productivity and foster a solution-oriented culture
- Accelerate ARR activation within our usage-based revenue model through strategic customer engagement
- Develop innovative service offerings by collaborating with global colleagues to create and market professional services packages that address evolving market needs
- Operational Excellence
- Provide portfolio oversight ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed quality expectations
- Lead executive conversations about budgets, resources, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
- Optimize resource management including strategic staffing, comprehensive training programs, sales collaboration, and capacity planning
- Partner cross-functionally with finance for accurate revenue and profitability forecasting
- People Leadership & Culture
- Develop exceptional talent by mentoring management team members and coaching them to unlock their teams' full potential
- Champion inclusive leadership that attracts, develops, and retains diverse talent while maintaining high performance standards
- Foster customer-obsessed culture that prioritizes results and continuous improvement
- Build collaborative networks with both local and remote leaders to solve complex customer challenges
- Qualifications
- What You Bring
- Core Experience
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Consulting and/or Professional Services, with demonstrated success building and scaling consulting organizations
- Healthcare industry expertise preferred, with deep understanding of complex healthcare technology implementations
- Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-departmental enterprise technology solutions (ERP, HCM, CRM, or similar)
- Business development acumen with experience in collaborative selling and managing complex service engagements
- Leadership Capabilities
- Strategic thinking combined with strong problem-solving abilities and broad technology understanding
- Financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibilities and driving profitability
- Change management expertise with ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations during periods of growth

- Experience transforming professional services from purely technical delivery to consultative, advisory partnerships
