- Job Description
- The Professional Services Director is a key leadership position within the Professional Services
- organization. The Professional Services Director will report to the VP of Professional Services and will be
- responsible for helping build Intelerad's offering. The Professional Services Director will be responsible
- for merging industry knowledge and experience with Intelerad platform expertise to provide robust and
- scalable solutions to Intelerad's clients.
- Responsibilities
- Gain strong understanding of Intelerad's Platform Features & Offerings
- Participate in Pre-Sales process as the SME for Radiology PACS prospects
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Build out a team of Professional Services personnel to scale out Ambra’s ability to sell and deploy Radiology PACS
- Lead implementation for Radiology PACS projects
- Become an expert on the Ambra ProViewer and deploy to Radiologists as their reading viewer
- Become an expert on the eUnity viewer and Ambra’s integration with it, and deploy to Radiologists as their reading viewer
- Gather requirements from clients & configure Ambra platform to meet client needs
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Train internally on industry use and best practices
- Collaborate with Ambra’s Product Team to define the requirements for complete Radiology PACS support
- Deliver projects within scope and on time
- Qualifications
- Employment Prerequisites
- 10+ years working experience in Medical Imaging
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
